I've been an active Realtor for more than 18 years and have never experienced the level of service that First Rate Title delivers. The staff has always been friendly and inviting when you call or arrive at their office. The closing process and the technology they use has both Buyers and Sellers feeling confident when the process is complete, nothing will come back to bite them. Located in downtown OKC, it's perfect for all closings.

Very nice new building with beverage station and lots of free parking. If you work downtown or midtown, they are very accessible. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out in 20 minutes! I would definitely use them again.

Very nice facility. The staff was courteous and quick. All of the appropriate paperwork was filled out and ready to sign. Could not ask for a better experience.
