First Platinum Abstract

This place was better than the real estate agent that I paid. Very kind staff who were professional and fast. They were able to proceed with the deal even in the absence of the real estate agent. I waited with the seller for almost an hour due to the agent getting lost but once First Platinum proceeded, the transaction and service was done within less than 30 mins.

To say First Platinum Abstract was a "hot mess" at our settlement would be an understatement. The documents were incorrect and had to be redone. They were sent to the wrong office despite us showing up at the correct place and time, and settlement took 4 hours. Never been at a settlement that took more than a single hour. A miserable company to deal with. Edit: we later found out the representative from First Platinum had exposed us to COVID, but still forced us to come out in person despite our preferring to do the settlement virtually.

This is a great company to use when you need to settle real estate transactions. They are flexible to either visit your office or settle transaction at their place. They explain you all the documents you are signing and more importantly will not rush through to move on to next appointment. I will definitely use them again.

Gabe DiCiurcio was great to work with as the title company producer for our building sale. Very responsive to questions, no fluff (which I appreciate), efficiently got title and other docs prepared for settlement, and came to meet both parties for closing at the place and time we wanted with no fuss.
