Very bad experience, realtor did not disclose he worked for the seller. Having alot of major issues. Don't fall for the cosmetic beauty get thorough plumbing and roof inspections done. Seemed "renovated" house but its all cosmetic. Had roof leaks, major plumbing issues and heat issues so far. They show alot of cosmetically beautiful house but its a different story behind the wall and pipes.

Nice people but have plumbing and electrical checked by an outside sources. I made the mistake of thinking they had my best interest and safety as a priority. Since my home purchased I've been having plumbing and electrical problems which is getting costly. They are willing to help but not in the right ethical way.
