I have a mortgage with FFO and the whole process was smooth and very comfortable. A small bank where I have no trouble meeting all staff from Mitch the CEO to Paige the loan processor. I highly recommend this bank for mortgage.

Worst bank to have a loan with. And the people that work there are no help at all. I would advise people to stay away from this place.
