All in all the process of closing on our house was complete. We paid an extra fee to have money wired to our financial institution and it took 5 1/2 hours after our closing for this to be completed, we would have been way ahead to just take the check and drive there ourselves. Very disappointed with the communication from Dakota Title Co. Will not make this mistake again.

Unfortunately we were not given a choice of title companies for our home closing. Definitely not a friendly atmosphere by any of the employees. They definitely were not prepared for our case. And it became quite fiasco....

Have used them a few times, never any issues, always in and out quick. Thanks for the great service!
