First Class Management

It's not easy to manage buildings especially in NYC , which is filled with constant demands across the spectrum of what can and does happen here . Our building depends and works with Albert , Joe and their associates daily. Last night with the aftermath of the significant snow storm and very cold weather the building garage door stopped working. Today despite demands on all contractors Albert and Joe got our garage door repaired allowing our residents to come and go and safeguard our building. Thanks guys we appreciate your efforts and also give us the ability to discuss our concerns and work together!

The team over at First Class is top notch. Really enjoy their willingness to listen and help on even the smallest of requests. Would definitely recommend these guys over and over again !

Told my building that we aren’t worth finishing digging out of the snow. Apparently our “profit margins” are not high enough for them to care (verbatim from manager). They did a small percentage of the snow shoveling and then told us we need to pay them more to finish. We already pay them monthly. If I could give a 0 I would.

We work with several property management companies however, the team here is extremely organized and ensure all invoices are paid timely.
