First Choice Property Management Inc

I called to make a report of housing fraud (someone rented the property under their name and let others live there, without being listed on the lease) and they didn’t even care! Was told a property manager would call me back but no one ever did!

Before we bought a condo unit in Fairlawn Court, Rock Hill, I contacted the FCPM Property Manager, Jeff Williamson, about repair responsibilities regarding the unit...HOA/Property Management or Homeowner? Jeff responded, in a documented email, to the pre-purchase inspection report that key items were the responsibility of the HOA/FCPM so we went ahead and purchased the unit. It's been two (2) years of emails w/FCPM, and primarily Jeff, without the repairs taking place. The two (2) major issues were caused, and continue to be accelerated, by poor prior property management maintenance. Communication from FCPM has been dismal. I have all the ticket numbers, emails and phone calls documented to which Jeff vaguely replied or ignored. So, we have to now take the legal route. If I could give t

New to the state and area. Finding a rental is hard, in Rock Hill and 1st Choice is my last choice they have been rude, unprofessional, not helpful, arrogant, condescending, and unclear. Someone get these people some lunch and cure the hangry! I thought maybe I was tired and taking it personal so I had someone else call about another property. Good news is, they do treat everyone the same and its not nicely.

By far the worst HOA management I have ever worked with. I submitted an emergency maintenance request two weeks ago in regards to a leak outside of my condo and it had not been resolved. I called to figure out what happened and Allison Blackwell stated that the plumber had been called.. I asked why he had not made it out here as my water bill is going to be $200 for the next month! She then proceeded to hang up on me. I have done property management before and this is no way to conduct business, choose anyone but these people if you value your property.

I love 1st choice, they are affordable and reliable in fixing anything that's broken. I love these people very professional girl at front desk she's very helping.
