First Choice Condo Management

Last condo association at least we could get a hold of them on the phone They don’t answer or return calls. At least 2weeks to process a check or any kind of payment through their system so my payments are late based on their lack of promptness. They have the worst statement system I’ve ever seen which is hard to understand and has charges that are unexplained. 3.0 rating is too hight

Spent a few days at my friends condo. His mother was president of the HOA. All she did was complain about my certificed. ESA which caused him fear about being evicted from his newly leased condo. It caused severe harm in our relationship and violated many ADA and state laws. I am contacting an attorney because of not only aspirating my disability and there is nothing in their condo documents about ADA and compliance with new state laws.

Brenda the owner of first choice never answers her calls, responds to emails or texts. She does not look out for the best interest of the homeownership. This company is a poor excuse for a management company. They say a lot and promise a lot but they do nothing.

This is the 3rd condo I have lived in and by far they are the best Management Company. Keep up the good work and thank you for looking out for us.

Bad management, very hard to get meaningful communication and deal with this group. They come off well at first but go downhill fast.
