I love leaving great reviews for service companies. I cannot do that for this Company. Abysmal service. Still waiting for information I requested weeks ago, and we did not close on time - despite having all documents, loan approval, wired funds for loan and down in early!
I cannot recommend this company in good faith. When I had issues all I received were excuses. If your realtor recommends this company demand to use another.
MELONY Marinez is a disaster of an escrow officer. She is rude and unprofessional. She is a nasty person. Avoid at all cost.
