Shout out to the great team at First American Title in Anthem! Love working with these professionals - efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly - they are a positive asset for me and my business.

We recently worked with FAT Insurance Co. and had a very negative experience with the Anthem Office in AZ. We had a time-sensitive deal, which was badly botched. The Title Officer sent our personal documents for signature to someone else's cell phone #, and could not explain how it happened, nor did she apologize for this error. She did not seem concerned at all! In addition, after it had to be re-sent she caused us to miss our closing timeline because she left the office sharp at 5 pm despite her big error and did not communicate her cell phone # to us or our realtor. This caused a delay until the following day. The next day, once she finally wired the funds, she did not follow up at all with the bank to ensure the fund were received. The staff at First American Title Insurance Company were well prepared for my meeting, answered my questions and provided me with copies of everything I needed. The process was very quick and easy. I would use them again.
