Couldn't have been happier with the service. We went to the wrong office for our closing. It was our fault we weren't paying attention. Not a problem for First American Title they stepped right up moved the closing doc's to the Greeley office and closed us. We were very please with Eddy and his team of true professionals and highly recommend them

Jennifer Hansen did a great job as our escrow officer. She was very good at communicating with us, and she made sure everything was accurate. She was also very professional at the closing while still keeping it light and pleasant. We also always have a great experience with Lindsay Gilliland. We will use First American again very soon!

We just sold our home and used First American Title. They were friendly, communicated well, and accommodated us with a mobile notary public that came to our door for signatures in another state. Very convenient and the sale everything went smoothly thanks to First Am. We used their services for the purchase and sale of this home and we highly recommend that future customers do the same!

Well earned 1 star. The point of a title company is to accurately account for funds: FAIL, as they didn't account for the property tax accurately - only credited me for 1 of the two units I purchased. The point of a title company is to guarantee clear title transfer of ownership of the property: FAIL, Closed on December 18th 2023, and still no recorded deed with the county. There are lots of good title companies, use any other title company if possible. I have purchased many properties over the years and never had such issues that appear to be directly due to incompetence.
