They failed to update closing documents with an encroachment. That was occurring, even though they had the survey and had reviewed it prior they confirmed to my real estate agent that they made a mistake due to the process getting shuffled. You can't trust them to do their job.

Extremely disappointed with them. Their payment options are rigid and inconvenient and seem deliberately designed to make things harder for customers. I had been running all day from bank to bank, from ATM to ATM, to get their cashier's check, and they did not care. The manager would tell me something and call my loan officer to say something different. Flexibility is nonexistent, which is frustrating, especially when their prices are significantly higher than competitors. Despite charging more, the service provided does not justify the cost. Please ensure your loan officer does not use them if looking for fair treatment and reasonable payment options.
