Ironhorse Flats - Austin TX The complex has recently been bought 2 years and the new "management" is awful. She doesn't care to look up from her phone when I'm speaking to her. She doesn't even bother to get out of her office when someone comes in. She makes you go to the back of the office to speak to her. She is rude and clearly does not care about tenant issues. Hopefully she will take it seriously when addressing her Tenants. I hope she changes her attitude because before it was bought over, I never had any issues with management. They were cheerful and very helpful.

If Firmus is the parent company of your Apartment complex you're in for a really bad experience. I've been forced to pay new fees mid lease that increased my rent by $360/yr. Now management is selling reserved parking spaces which is driving out people who don't want to or can't afford to purchase a spot. There is no indication that management will limit the number of reserved parking spots sold. If you want to park next to your building without paying an additional fee you're rapidly running out of luck. I tried getting in touch with the district manager but of course no one had their phone number and my email requesting a phone call was completely ignored. I've lived in apartments for over 20 years and this is absolutely the worst I've been treated. Rent with someone else.

The experience I have endured with Firmus Management has been my worse nightmare Westside Flats is the WORST. Soon as Firmus took over their representatives and employees has ruined great tenants lives and experience. I have literally went in the leasing office and resident care center everyday for 3 weeks straight and could never get answers on simple questions you would think they can answer. Like what is my balance and why. Terrible service will not recommend this management or apartments to anyone. Save yourself the trouble, stress and money. I even had someone tell me we are a money making company and your lease covers everything for us. Which is not true and very distasteful to say the least. No one responds to emails, calls or voicemails. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. Bad business to me!

Houston management sucks I moved out this apartment two years ago and I️ still can’t get anyone to answer the phone just so I can get a letter stating I don’t have a balance with them they have verbally told me that they don’t see my name in the system but still can’t give me a letter I have been homeless for five months because I can I get approved for an apartment Because they are on my tenant to report.
