I enjoyed living in this apartment complex. We got an updated 3 bedroom next to the pool. I love the trees outside and looking at the pool through my bedroom window. They have fun activities once in a while for the kids, and do patio decorating contests for holidays. The only cons are that the pool has been closed most of the two years I’ve lived here, and our rent has increased from $1900 to $2600. Also my car has been broken into 4 times. During the summer there will be cockroaches outside, but I never found any inside the unit, and they go away when it starts getting cold.

I love living here. The amenities are amazing. People are very friendly. The community is quiet and very well kept. The staff has been accommodating and courteous throughout the entire process. Leasing agents are friendly and helpful. Management is responsive. Maintenance is quick and respectful. Omar has been amazing. This has been one of the best decisions I could have made! My children love it here. The location is amazing. City living but close to the mountains for a get away. **Update** 5/2025: still an amazing place to live. Great atmosphere. Staff is awesome. We had a crazy bee issue in our actual unit and it was handled in 12 hours. No more bees. Cant imagine living somewhere else.

Just moved in less than a week ago and so far move in experience has been very pleasant. Move in process has been for the most part pretty simple. Only problem so far that we have had is kids that tend to knock on our door and then run off. Maintenance is amazing and quick at fixing things and management is very friendly and approachable.

Maint guys came to unclog my drain in the guest bathroom. They were there about 5 mins and said it was good to go. My daughter gets here the next and when she’s about to shower, the tub wasn’t draining properly. So no work was done. And one of the guys left their food on my table. Chicken strips

Maintenance is great! The app is horrible. I placed order 2 weeks before I went on vacation didn't hear from anyone. Came home to a fridge full off spoiled food since GFI tripped fridge off. I had to call leasing office who sent someone 5min after my call. What is the point of the app if maintenance doesn't see the request?
