Finneytown Apartments & Townhomes

management was not honest with the state of my new apartment upon confirmation it was move in ready. The apartment was not clean, appliances hadn't came in yet,and when the "new" appliances were delivered they were not new and were dirty. Multiple issues complied in only my first week of being at the property. such a disappointing experience.

I love living here my apartment is great Kathy is awesome and Derrick’s maintenance man just so happen to be in the area and my door needed fixed he stopped what he was doing and got right to it since Kathy and Derrick have been here It’s been back good it was going down they have been a awesome team ❤️

Bianka is a great community manager, the best! She follows thru on everything to ensure the residents needs are met. I honestly didn't think I would renew my lease but because of our community manager, I renewed the lease knowing she gets things done.

Darnell from Maintenance is Amazing my Air went out. He had it back up and running within 2 hours. Whenever I've had any issues, they were taken care of right away. Thank you Finneytown Apartments for always being so efficient and on time. It's a great place to live.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I moved into the townhouse July of 2017 and everything started off well. Then the rain hit. When it rains your apartment floods. The apartment manager Roger was great, he sent someone out right away to fix the damage. However, it was only a cosmetic fix. The next year Roger left and Bianka took over. It was time to renew my lease and I continuously reached out and never received a new lease. I called, left letters at the leasing office, as well as wrote the request on my monthly rent check. To no avail, I was never given a lease. In October I had a baby and she started to get upper respiratory infections pretty often. We found mold in the mold and when I put in a maintenance request, no one ever came. The back wall in the kitchen started to crumble and still
