I absolutely love my apartment! I have lived here for 6 months now and have nothing but good things to say about Finkelman Real Estate. I love that I don't have to shovel snow or mow the yard when spring gets here! Unfortunately there was a water leak. I am super impressed how fast that was taken care of (on a Friday night even)! Finkelman Real Estate is super professional, Rachel the property manager is very nice & respectful, she responds to maintenance requests very quickly! & any questions you have she has an answer! Maintenance men are very professional I absolutely do not want shoes on my carpet and Paul and all the guys removed their shoes and worked in socks out of respect for my home & I loved Finkelman even more after that! We have had nothing but great experience since moving in our house!

Finkelman has been one of the best. We have lived in our place for several years now. When we need a maintenance call they are right on it. They have been nothing but kind, caring, and patient which must be hard in the business that they are in. We have always been treated more than respectful and we definitely respect them. I have even told others who are looking for a place to check into what they have available. When we were first looking for a place I know it took us hours and I viewed about every available home. They only let you have the key to one place at a time and kind of put you on a time limit for each place.
