The Grounds are nicely kept also the apartment complex itself is not to rowdy so to speak neighborhood could be better(.)

It was a fabulous place to live 20 odd years ago. Not as much now. We used to have so much going on, there wasn't time to do it all. We used to even have a bus that took us to Vegas, more took us to the local casinos. Now we're lucky to get a holiday meal. Of course with COVID things have changed. Also CNN mortgage used to give us nice presents. But not so last year. They went from giving us really nice presents to giving us a $10 bill. While nice, it's not as nice as it used to be. That being said there's a lot of nice people that live here. And there's a lot of nice people that work here. Just time has marched on and, there's no more jacuzzis.

My family member recently moved in there. The building itself is secure, and clean. Although it does smell old. They have a rec room with vending machines, a nice small library, several computers to use until 9 pm, a pool table and regular small events for the people living there. The grounds are well kept and all in all its a nice little senior community. Most of the people I've seen there are friendly enough however it does seem as if most of the tenants are sickly, depressed, lonely or just sad. Its almost a depressing vibe. The apartment itself was okay, its a bit old and could use some remodeling. The walls weren't cleaned very well before she moved in but the carpet was new and there is tons of cabinet space. its a perfect size for one person. The only thing is that the area is not t

I am a caregiver I am impress with apartments friendly people here all the neighbors wacth out for each other. The property was well keep up. Laundry room clean . They have rec eoom pool table a library and computers for usages. I. Was impress not bad for a person on a fix income.

Everyone here will catch bed bugs,and you will be forced to throw your furniture alway. They do not replace your furniture, also it is very hard to ask a question to management, because they don't answer the telephone. The recording goes to the downtown office. So how do you get your question answer?
