I would not recommend renting from Filkey & associates. I rented the india st location and was very disappointed in my overall experience—lack of responsiveness, hidden fees and lack of professionalism. 1. Despite asking several times we were never put on the HOA building codes distribution and as such would get locked out of our building and had to ask our neighbors for the new codes 2. There were several opaque fees that were never communicated adequately—including a $400 “rent change fee” and a $300 “failure to alert the HOA when vacating” ….despite giving the mandatory two months notice which is much longer than any other landlord I have had 3. This was the worse company to rent from. Becky was our property manager and she had no clue what she was doing. She was forgetful and negligent. We were scammed out of our entire deposit so that the homeowners could use it to completely fix what they gave to us. Also after given a 30 days notice to move we were then told that no one was allowed on the premises and we had to be out of the house just 1 week after putting in our 30 days notice. If i could give this company a negative 0 stars I would!!

This company is the BEST EVER💜💕♥️They took care of my property here at Mission Greens for quite a few years 💜♥️♥️Also watched over new paint, new carpet, etc and background checking for great tenants ♥️💜💕And they moved me back to San Diego from AZ 🎯THANK YOU🎯💕♥️
