FIFTEEN51 Apartments of Lexington

Morgan showed me and my husband our first potential home together as newlyweds. She was kind. Knowledgeable. Outgoing. Relatable and made fifteen51 feel like home to me. She answered every question and concern professionally, also went out of her way to ensure we were taking the proper steps to apply and i could not have asked for a better experience because of her. Her presence there is priceless. Thank you Morgan for everything! Hope to see you again very soon and hope to call fifteen51 my home

I had a wonderful experience touring Fifteen51 Apartments. Morgan was absolutely great during our tour, very personable, welcoming, and patient while answering all of my questions. As someone who isn't local to Lexington, I really appreciated that she also took the time to recommend places to eat and socialize around the area, which made me feel even more comfortable and excited about my potential move. Overall, she was such a kind and professional person, and I could definitely see myself living at Fifteen51 Apartments. Highly recommend touring with Morgan!

The rooms were nice, looked easy to clean and has a washer and drier. The tour guide person was kind, respectful, and generous. She even offered a bottle of water. Morgan was her name and I liked how she followed up on my experience with the tour.

I have had such a great experience with management and maintenance at Fifteen51. Logan was super helpful and accommodating to my work schedule. Great to know we have a team we can rely on!

Only rating a 1 because a 0 isn’t an option. If stepping outside to dog waste every day is your thing, look no further. Photos are attached showing what residents regularly encounter when walking to their cars, even in winter. Management is aware of the issue, yet it continues without meaningful improvement. Windows also leak—an ongoing problem I’ve experienced for over three years. Despite repeated reports, it remains unresolved as of today, while rent continues to increase annually. Management is aware, but there has been no effective follow-through or solution. However - Logan with maintence is great.
