Fielding Garden Apartments 177-C

After 41 years in our own home, we found a new home here at fielding Apartments. Fish complex has been a blessing to us. In a time of need we have been befriended by Fielding Garden, providing us with a new feeling of home, not just an apartment but a home change it. We feel very secure here, and find all the accommodations to be provided exactly as we were told. Management's honesty and ability of attendance are impeccable. We love this new place. And we can honestly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a new stable home.

My sister lived there and she is a senior citizen. And they raised their rent over $200 a month. This is extremely sad because she's on fixed income. Also, her ceiling recently caved in and with her COPD and her massive disabilities. This is not good for her at all. It is in process of repair, but I want to visit her today and the smell of the drywall dust and dust from the installation is overwhelming and I'm worried about her health status.

I have lived at these apartments for over 10 years.In that time nothing but great experiences. Apartments are modestly priced and very spacious. The staff especially Kealhy the manager and Anthony are always there to help if needed.The residents are like one big family.do not want to move anywhere else.

They are not careful with the application process, when most other places are. They tell you they only do SOFT credit checks, but it is a HARD credit check. So regardless to having excellent payment history, and if everything else is good for fielding gardens, you still get a HARD credit check. Anything more than four credit checks will put you into the “POOR” credit check category. Fielding gardens tells you it doesn’t stay there long, but two years is a long time!! These people need to fix their application process NOT to hurt people’s credit!!! All they care about now , is doing the credit check first, then figuring out if you will be approved by income, rental history, etc. Their application process is REVERSED, beware of that, because they do not care! So make sure you look elsewhere

We lived in this wonderful complex for two years and have nothing but an excellent experience. The place is well kept up, management is knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and the place is quiet and private. Moved out to be closer to family otherwise would have never left. Would highly recommend!
