Fieldcrest Walk Apartments

Live in fieldcrest walk for two years. Decent place to live. My big problem with fieldcrest walk is when you moving out how they hold your deposit and your over paid rent hostage. For the time I live there I was never late on my rent. I paid my rent on time or in advance. Now when it comes to paying me my over paid rent and security deposit back it's been over 3 and half months and I still having seen my money. I don't understand why they can't direct deposit my money to my account. They have your checking account and routing numbers to take rent out with your approval for rent but won't deposit the money they owe. The leasing people at the office say it take up to 6-8 weeks to approve to get your money back through there corporate office. Why does it take so long to get your money back. I

Mrs. Flo was amazing! She made the whole process smooth and quick, and I was able to get into my apartment right away. Her customer service was excellent—she was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I truly appreciate how easy she made everything. Highly recommend working with her!

NICE QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD..BUT THERE ARE NO CELING LIGHTS IN THE LIVING..room or bedrooms you will have to use lamps..

I been here going on. Four years never had an issue or a problem with leasing office. I have been taken care of since I move here!!! This is one the best places that I have lived in all of GA!!! One of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Covington, Ga!! If your looking for peace and quiet, a safe place for your children or older parents this is place to be!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment home, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The leasing office staff, Ms. Chiquita and Ms. Florence, was incredibly welcoming and professional. They made sure to greet me promptly and answered all of my questions with great detail and patience. The tour itself was very thorough. The guide showed me all the key amenities, including the pool, dog park and communal areas, which were all impeccably maintained. The apartment unit was spacious and well-lit. Overall, the experience left a very positive impression on me. I felt informed, welcomed, and very much at ease throughout the entire tour. I would highly recommend this apartment home to anyone looking for a new place to live.
