If you want peace and quiet, this is definitely NOT the place. You will hear everything in your surroundings 24/7. New manager, and she's no different than the old manager, unprofessional, disrespectful, acts like she's just here for a paycheck. Earwig bugs all over the place, outdated apartment, Manager only works part-time, unprofessional maintenance, if you need anything done, emergencies, anything going on with apartment you will have to make appointments and sit and wait for nothing to be done. Don't waste your money.

Worst place you can call home! In 6 years I been here theres been like 8 or 10 different property managers, and it just keep getting worse! I promise you! Not worth your time or money!

I lived here for 5 years now and i found out by talking to a couple of my neighbors that we all pay different prices for the same size units. When I first moved in I was paying $750 a month and now it’s $1500 a month. Very unprofessional would think twice before moving here.
