Fidelity National Title

I was selling my house in Louisiana and the closing was moved up a few days early. I had to scramble to find a title company who could see me that day so I could then get the documents over-nighted to Louisiana. The wonderful people at Fidelity National Title were able to see me immediately. Tammy O'Sullivan was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me get everything done, she printed off documents that got messed up, printed off emails, scanned documents and kept me calm with her humor and ease as well as a big smile on her face. Would highly recommend this company, very professional, kind and friendly people.

I had many closings at Fidelity National Title in Titusville and every time they provide exceptional service. All their staff is super friendly and some of them super funny (Tammy ;) but most of all they always go above and beyond to make sure that everything works out. I would give them 6 stars if that was an option. Very highly recommended!

Very professional service, all paperwork was prepared prior to my arrival, whole process, which included explanations of each document signed, was done in a very efficient manner. Highly recommended to utilize this service if ever need a title company.

While closing on a property I expressed the desire to have a second name added to the title. I was told by the Fidelity agent that the name on the title had to be the same as the name on the sales contract. I told the woman emphatically that I wanted my partner's name on the title but she kept repeating that the title would be filled out with the same name that was on the original sales contract. Finally the salesperson representing the seller offered to provide a form that served as an addendum to the original sales contract and allowed a second name to be added. Using that form we filled out the change and she had the seller and myself both sign the change form. If the Fidelity agent had had her way, I would have been forced to retitle the property once it had been filed with the count

What a Wonderful Closing! I have closed at other FNF - NEVER Like this closing! Tammy O'Sullivan you were GREAT! NO you were FANTASTICALLY FABULOUS! What a humorous and yet professional etiquette you displayed! Thank you for making closing so enjoyable - quick and easy. Even when we had a document that wasn't ours - we were able to fly on by because of the bubbly personality Tammy has. I think you need to train others in ALL Title companies! If I had more closing in the Titusville area, YOU would be my closer!
