I cannot recommend them enough. Lorraine Lew, Alicia Collins and Shanna Jackson are an all-star team and I would give them 6 stars if I could. Their manager, Tom, is top notch.

My favorite title company! I have had the good fortune of working with escrow officer Laura Peachey, and both her experience and knowledge has benefited me and my clients on numerous occasions! I can truly say she has saved the deal on multiple occasions and to her I am especially grateful! Tonya Gibson has also been and extremely valuable asset as one of Fidelity’s finest, and she is my goto for all things related title inquiries and valuable information that helps catapult my business. Great company and people!

Do not recommend this company. They sent me a refund check after my closing. Called to ask if I got it. I told them I had but had not deposited it yet. They told me they were sending me a new one and that they had stopped it because I didn’t deposit it yet (like 2 weeks after closing) and sent me a check for significantly less. Apparently they had made a mistake and didn’t want to tell me. Very shady and I would not recommend working with them if avoidable. Especially Kayla in the office.

The ineptitude and laziness of this organization is appalling. Generally took three days to two weeks to get a response from the title reps. It's still unclear to me if anyone over there knows how to set reminders of due dates in their calendars or if they simply wait until the clients are screaming at them on the phone to actually do anything. There are other title companies out there, I'd recommend any of them instead of these clowns.
