Tillamook Ticor’s negligence to respond to emails in a timely manner and their failure to follow through with agreements cost us 10k at closing. I was told by the branch manager, Tara Waterman that my claim was being processed by Amanda Escobar and her company only to find out that Amanda is unwilling to offer a settlement that is fair. She is defending staff that are being dishonest despite having emails that confirm the facts. Amanda is unwilling to stand up for what is right and continues to defend employees who are being untruthful. She has told me that Jill Miller, a senior escrow officer who made the mistakes, has retired and no longer works for the company yet her picture, job duties and contact information are still listed on their website.
