Fidelity National Title

We closed four weeks ago yesterday. Our excess funds from closing, a fairly large amount, was due to us by check. They said they'd call us when it was ready, and had us fill out a form detailing which number to call and whose number it was (my wife's). Days later we called and they said the check had long since been ready, and that they'd called my number. Checking my call history, they hadn't. Part of the escrow was paying off one of our credit cards. A month later we're looking at paying our second payment on that card as Fidelity has failed to make the payment. Our loan officer has been trying to get them to get this done, without luck. They haven't reached out to us, apologized, or, most importantly, gotten this resolved. We're out hundreds more in credit card payments that only exist

*Edit* We are still without the title or an explanation as to what happened and what is taking so long. I cannot stress enough to people do not use this company. My mother has been trying to get the title to her home for 2 years, after she purchased it and paid in full. We have been trying to get answers and have been getting the run around. I wish we had good things to say about this company but we are still without a title and continue to have little to no answers.

They didnt have the paper work straight and still trying to do their job a week after closing.....Still costing me money when this was supposed to be done, What a nightmare company.

I had a smooth escrow with them. Very knowledgeable team, answered all my questions and helped me understand, and they had the best priced fee's in town! Highly recommend this title company.
