Could not be more pleased with Fidelity. They made a complicated process simple. Pam is outstanding. Very responsive, nice, and knowledgeable. Wish I could give more than five stars. An outstanding experience.

We closed on our condo back in November and we are not married. They did not give us any advice on how to do the title work properly so we took their advice and did it the way they said which would be perfect if we were married however, we are not, so by law, we need to do it as a dual tenant with that I inquired about it the Next couple of days with my realtor, she reached out to this title company and said there was nothing they could do that I had to go through And attorney so I did the attorney cost me $170 and I felt that the title company should pay for that since it was their mistake so I called them on it now they change their story and said they can do it for me after I already paid the attorney the $170 and they did this immediately it wouldn’t have been a problem now that it’s $
