Fidelity National Title

I am buying a house and dropped off earnest money at this company. No one came to meet me or answer questions. The young admin said the title officers don’t talk to us. Am I supposed to ask this young admin at the front desk my questions? My title is supposed to be with this mega corporation who doesn’t care about me? I’m their customer.. What is the Title Officer paid for if not to service their customers? Terrible human interaction practices. Will actively recommend against.

I have been a broker for 15 years. I do not use this location for numerous reasons but the other party elected this location. My experience this morning with the receptionist was horrendous. Either 1 she is really can't read or doesn't know what components a check consists of or 2 she wasn't properly trained. Either 1 or 2. I will continue to keep my business at the Riverside location.
