Don't DO IT....I have dealt with so many misrecordings with this agency. Improper recordings to the county and to the IRS. They have cost me exorbitant sums of money to fix their errors. If you want to have gov't and tax nightmares after the sale of your home, then by all means, you've landed at the right place, otherwise RUN!

This office was selected for me for the closing of the sale of my house. The lobby is bright and elegant. We arrived early and the reception people made us feel welcome and offered coffee and water while we waited. The closing process was handled by Chris and she was efficient willing to answer all our questions.

When I asked about my title they tried to have me arrested needless to say avoid these shady charlatans their title guarantees just be totally lacking 🤣🤣 Crypto

Never again. Poor service. Missed recording a death certificate to Maricopa Assessor. Never answer their phones.
