I spoke with a lady in the office to get permission to look at a unit on Christian Dr. The lady was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my questions - like that their rules would be too strict for me over silly things. The units look nice on the outside but they are very cheap inside. People smoking in the parking lot. A dog barking below in one unit the entire time. Very cool area though.

Honestly, I don't think that I've had an experience with a property management company or private landlord that had been as easy and pleasant as i have with Fidelity. Missoula Property Management was awful to work with and coming straight from them to Fidelity was such a relief. From the very beginning we were treated fairly and respectfully. We have had alot of judgement from companies due to our Financials or background but never from Fidelity. Travis and Maritza from upper Miller creek are incredible to work with and always available to help. Never had a better experience than with them.

Loved renting through Travis and Maritza they are the best to work with. They make everything so seamless, the communication is fast and so easy to work with. Would recommend them 10X over again! Great properties as well they work with!!!!!!

The property manager and her husband, who is in charge of maintenance are great. Issues with some nasty neighbors and people who don’t watch their children and or dogs can be an issue. Not uncommon for apartment living though. They do address issues but they don’t evict unless they have proof, as it should be. So you don’t have to worry about being evicted unless you’ve actually broken a term of the lease and they can prove it. So that’s nice. Apartments are nice and it’s a great view up here.

Great staff n great place to rent if your good tenants.
