Extremely disappointed with living at Fiddiment Apartments. Soundproofing is terrible — heavy running and jumping from the upstairs neighbors cause the walls and ceiling to shake, sometimes even making water in bottles vibrate. The noise is frequent and often continues after 10:00 PM, during legally required quiet hours. Management fails to address the issue. Multiple complaints were submitted, but only formal replies were received, with no real action taken. I had to call the police several times due to ongoing noise violations. Additionally, neighbors shake rugs and carpets off their balcony, causing dirt and dust to fall directly onto ours, making it impossible to use the balcony. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS I didn't remove my previous review—it mysteriously disappeared—but I want the world to know this was the absolute worst renting experience I've ever had. Management is arrogant and rude, to say the least. I was harassed weekly about supposedly smoking in my apartment, even though I never did. I explained repeatedly that I was smelling pot smoke coming in through my open windows from outside, but they ignored me and kept slapping smoking violation notices on my door. I took each one seriously and reached out to them every time to address it. My biggest issue came when I moved out. They tried to sabotage my renting reputation by telling potential new landlords that they couldn't recommend me due to multiple violations and alleged "property destruction." What they really

Living at Fiddyment Apartments has been an excellent experience so far. The community is clean, safe, and very well maintained. Misty, the property manager, truly goes above and beyond for residents. She is professional, approachable, and always quick to help with any questions or requests. All the ladies working in the office are kind and helpful. It makes a big difference knowing the management genuinely cares about the people who live here.

I have been renting here for a while. I don't recommend this place. 1) There are two entrances to the stairwells. Only one has a camera, so the administration can't help with stolen bikes. A couple of weeks after I moved in, two bikes were stolen. 2) Neighbors don't know how to park, so don't be surprised if you find scratches on your car. 3) There are only a few washers and dryers for the whole building. 4) My neighbor smokes weed, so I can't leave windows open.

My experience here was horrible.. The manager Misty was consistently rude to me and will not let you speak when you’re trying to explain anything from day 1. She is rude and arrogant. Also when I moved out, I didn’t get any bill of me owing anything and within a couple of weeks they sent my bill directly to collections.. When I reached out they didn’t fix the issue, Thankfully I paid it right away so it didn’t affect my credit. The entire apartment complex is Ghetto and loud and there are absolutely no rules enforced. If you want peace and to be treated with respect I’d suggest to run the other direction, They’re plenty of other apartments around with a much nicer staff and so much more peaceful. They really need new trained management.
