Fickling & Company Residential Sales of Warner Robins

I live next door to a rental property Warner Robins office manages. Absolutely a dump they never check on the property. The property is over grown so bad you can barely see the house. The past tenants were awful. The owner of the home should sue them for breach of contract. They let the tenants destroy this property. I live in a subdivision that has several of there rental properties and they never check on them. Terrible management would not use them for anything. This is the third time I have rented from Fickling and Company. I have been with them for many years and they are just wonderful. Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind, especially Sherry Grimes. Whether it's a question about rent or the lease, a maintenance request, or even an emergency call about the A/C over the weekend; she is quick and always so sweet. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I would highly recommend renting from this company!

This is my second year renting a home from Fickling, and I faced significant challenges after my original rental was severely damaged by a fallen tree. With the help of my rental insurance, I was able to secure a hotel for 10 days. However, I was quite stressed due to the lack of communication from Fickling regarding my options. After several attempts to reach out, I was finally informed that I could choose another home.
