Fetzner Square Apartments & Townhomes

Just moved in a few months ago and it already feels like home! The staff here is responsive, quick, and always friendly! The maintenance crew here is also top notch, and always stays on top of plowing even on holidays and weekends! We truly love living here!

The prior move in process and communication was great! During initial walkthrough of our new townhome, the place was deep cleaned, freshly painted, and had newly installed carpets. We were very pleased! Also, a couple days into settling in, I submitted minor maintenance requests & maintenance arrived same day to resolve the issues. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet! Great complex & would recommend!

Stayed here for 2 years and had nothing but a great experience. Very quiet, staff was great whenever I needed something. Would recommend to anyone.

So far so good! Took on a sublet of an apartment and the leasing office helped me arrange a time with the prior tenant to see the apartment. After signing the lease and moving in I noticed a mold/water damage issue underneath the kitchen sink and contacted the office. The next day maintenance came and fixed it! Great service so far and the apartments are so spacious and beautiful! Lots of rules but it seems like a great little community.

We have lived here since March 2018 and since I've moved in, Christine DiNapoli has taken over the place and it is amazing! The maintenance crew are awesome and they are on top of everything as soon as you call and the office staff is always friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to call me back with additional information when I have questions (like how to mail out letters). The rent is super easy to pay online and the community is quiet with friendly neighbors. I love it here!
