Haven’t had kitchen in 4 days due to mold. Haven’t been able to cook or access the kitchen at all. Everything in the kitchen is now contaminated. They aren’t trying to come fix it. Keep getting the run around. Have health issues and being forced to live in mold. Was not given any accommodations or put anywhere until the matter is resolved. They won’t even rent out air machines to clean air till they figure out if they’re going to fix the mold infestation in 4 layers of flooring as well as under the sink. The whole kitchen floor is ruined and covered in mold.

I never leave reviews but I genuinely hope this can help some people out. Please for the love of god do not rent from this company!!! As a younger first time tenant this experience has been terrible. Nobody returns phone calls even with voicemails left, no email responses and good luck getting anything fixed!!! They’ll send people to your door without notice maybe a 30 min notice if you’re lucky… and on top of that they’re only there to take pictures and get a quote. THREE different “maintenance men” and nothing is fixed. Honestly the list can go on but save yourself the trouble and find another property management.

I wish I could put a Zero rating but here isn't a Zero to put. I have only been in a fetch managed property for a month and they have lied to me about the parking when I moved in and took my parking spot from me without any warning. They dont respond to any emails or messages. They never answer the phones. They completely neglect every tenant in this building. The tenant next door has holes in her house from air conditioning units that were removed from the walls and u can see straight through to the outside. Its been like that for months and they won't even return her calls. They are highly negligent. They have numerous reports in on them at the Better business bureau and im filing one myself. DO NOT RENT FROM ANY PROPERTY THEY MANAGE. They will stick u in a unit and forget about u.

If I can give this company negative stars I would. After approving and confirming an appointment to see a property, I text them to let them know I've arrived. Right after I get a text telling me the apartment is not for showing. After texting back and asking to speak to a manager, I had to wait for a follow-up call over the weekend. Which was even more disappointing, because the excuse that was given had nothing to do with communicating the details of my appointment. I've had the appointment for over a week and a half, spent transportation money to go down to see an apartment that was lived in. They are advertising apartments that are not available. BEWARE.

The worst communication I have ever experienced. They sent pest control INTO THE HOUSE WITHOUT NOTICE. I wouldn't have even known if I didn't come home as he was leaving. THIS WAS A VIOLATION OF MY LEASE. Getting any kind of response from Fetch has been like pulling teeth. They constantly get my unit mixed up with the neighbors'. They take no accountability. Contractors have agreed with me that the house couldn't have been inspected before I moved in, and it looks like the painters were only paid with pizza. Fetch violated my lease and basically said "oops sorry" Only reason I didn't move sooner was because I couldn't find a new place. AVOID FETCH AT ALL COSTS.
