If I could give 0 stars I would. The apartment i was renting was at Delmonte apartments 915 bldg apt 4. I'm originally from Florida moved to nc in 2020. Living out of motels with a minimum wage job and not the best credit this was easy to get into. With a covid special for security deposit. Later I understand why the rent was dirt cheap. Most of the people leaving Ving there got rap sheets. I lived in a bldg of 12 with 10 homes being blacks and 2 Hispanic. From the beginning it was a nightmare. Apartment was broken into while I was working at wake forest 2 months after I moved. I had to deal and suffer with hellish neighbors with rap sheets. From apt 3 5 9 10 11 12. Don’t rent from these people. There is sewer water in the apartment I’m trying to summit a work order request and my phone number was blocked so I can’t call them. But they forgot I can drive to the office which I will. Andrea picked up the phone and acted stupid as she didn’t know what I was talking about and transferred my call to Linda when I proceeded to tell her what is happening in the apartment she hung up the phone on me and then blocked my phone number. Is it possible to get someone to reach out to me. I will file a complaint with the city of Winston Salem. This is in regards to the apartments behind Baptist Hospital which by the way are infested in roaches and has Mold all throughout the apartment.

Called to see what was available & who ever the lazy lady is in the office would not send a email of there current properties available. Their site is not working & and the listing they have outside is outdated. She also rushed to hang-up the phone. BooooTomatoTomato 👎

I have been a tenant for 3 months so far. The staff has been kind and helpful over the phone and in person. We had flooding a few weeks ago, and Ferrell sent workers out the next morning to replace the carpet in my apartment. They did a great job!

These people are scammers for your money had ours stolen by being forced to pay without being able to look into the apartment. They lied saying it could be returned. Called and they hung up on us twice...very unpleasant and unprofessional. And definitely invested with roaches please save your money and go somewhere else.
