Doug Fernandez and his team are fantastic to work with and done a wonderful job on a recent a major remodel for our family. Although in the middle of the project we were hit with the COVID-19 pandemic he and his team was able to keep everyone safe and get our project completed. Hands down our family highly recommends Fernandez Design & Builder.

We are just starting a fairly major remodel of our home, requiring significant planning, survey work and design/engineering support. We interviewed three different companies that offer the full spectrum of design/engineering and construction services that we need, and selected Fernandez because we value having direct access to the company owner and their senior designer. Their decades of experience was apparent during our initial meetings, and we were able to start the project with a very clear understanding of the process, and what we were committing to. We are still early in the process (drawings of existing as-built structure and engineering services to assess foundation requirements and perform elevation surveys).
