This Apartment complex is absolutely amazing. The staff there are so friendly and very helpful. From Kayla to Tiffany to Kim at the front. Wonderful ladies. If you are moving to the Huntsville area this should be one of your first stops for a great Apartment. Keep up the great work ladies

If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived here three years and it has been the most miserable experience of my life. From shutting the water off WEEKLY, most times with no prior notice or the day of notices, to the 5 different fires that have occurred during my stay. My family, including my 6 month old at the time, took a shower in dirty water that they did not care to fix for going on 3 days. They willingly moved me into an apartment with a burnt up AC unit from 1975! I did not have heat or ac for 6 months. I was given space heaters and window units. Even after being fixed, I still have to run a window unit to actually have my AC keep up in the summer. Oh and don’t worry there’s bugs/roaches too! Be prepared for a lot of “quick fixes” and patch work. I have never heard any positive

Mold in almost every apartment building, they have have water pipe issues for the past 2 years that I’ve been here which means they turn off the water at random an inconvenient times, they try to have peoples car towed all the time. I approached the new maintenance man and the old one Larry and explain to them the situation with the car and why shouldn’t it be towed because there was nothing wrong with the tire that it just leans They both said as long as the car is fine they weren’t going to have it towed and that we were good. Larry said that expressively. Today they had it towed so when I called the tow company the Tow company said that , the leasing manager of Fern Park overruled the maintenance man and had the car towed anyways. Not to mention even on the notice that the tow truck lea

If I can do no stars I would! I’ve been here for 2 years coming in with heat/air issues which was completed by maintenance. Since new management came this place has been a mess for a year. Meanwhile rent continues to go up, but we are currently living this way. Trash is ALWAYS outside the dumper breezeways A MESS there is no noise in the area it’s the dirty environment and poor maintenance I wouldn’t recommend. Always have plumbing problems or either gas issues.

Just like most reviews say, if I could give them zero stars I would. Whatever you do, NEVER rent at this apartment complex. These people will overcharge you for rent and place charges on your account without explanation or notice and when you try to get an explanation of charges, they will call the police on you to avoid having to explain. These people turn your water off in your apartment weekly and charge you double for the water fee when it’s time to renew your lease. God forbid you have a maintenance request because they will take weeks and sometimes months to repair things properly. Kayla Southard and Kenya Yancey are the faces of these slums. If you can avoid this place and these people, AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
