Do not rent or stay at this resort. In my experience, they failed to address a mold issue while I was living there and only made repairs after I moved out. Afterward, I was charged nearly $10,000 in damages, which I believe is unjustified. I also would not recommend eating at the on-site restaurant. During my visit, there were flies present and the conditions appeared unsanitary. Please be aware and do your research before booking or renting here.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Not even out of desperation! They are in the business of scamming people and will sue you for regular maintenance and neglect on their part. They lack ethics and decency. This company needs to be shut down. I will be reporting them and their unethical practices.

If only I could give ZERO, I would. They dont deserve a single star. The lady showing you the property has no idea what she is talking about. She will give you wrong information about the lease, tell you that the condo will be furnished and later during the lease signing she will completely change what was told before. I would advice anyone to take in writing from them whatever they promise. I am specifically talking about Jerilyn Torres and her Manager India Lyle, worst customer service experience ever. They will just take your application money and at the end leave you with no house. BEWARE!!!!!

DON'T do business with this people I hope they get sued one day ,the way they are doing things I don't think it's that far. They have my deposit after charging me for everything they could think of they haven't given me my money even though the law says they have sixty days to give me back my deposit. Honestly people please stay away from them or you will regret it.

My friend bought a house, over budget, and poorly designed house. The worst part is that the buyer has to pre-pay everything upfront. By the time the roof is put on, 85% of the total price paid. The contract is outrageously onside, and it stripped all the legal rights of a buyer. I guess because they tried to fool these foreign buyers. I would agree with the other two reviews if there is a zero score, or negative score, I would give them such score. They only deserve such horrible review. I did say horrible review for horrible product/services.
