FCB Banks

I was very new to this bank. I have had a lot of issues when opening account. Finally now with the help of Mirzana on Sat at end of day on a busy weekend. Stayed the extra time to help link accounts finally. She took extra time explaining to customer service request we needed. Even if he was new and not very understanding of request needed we quickly asked for someone else with more knowledge in a matter of moments everything was handled. I appreciate her great customer service and going above & beyond trying to effectively communicate our needs.

Big shout out to Mirzana and Niralee at the Tesson Ferry location! Had a deposit issue, even though the deposit happened at another location they were able to find the issue, correct it and even showed the original location how to. They both are always so friendly and helpful! Absolutely love going to see them! Thank you for being apart of FCB

I just want to take a minute to give Mirzana and Melissa the recognition they deserve. I’m a Small business owner and I moved my business accounts here From a large bank this past year. I am so pleased with the service I’ve gotten here I moved my personal accounts here. I’ve opened CD’s, I’ve Opened a money market Account and I’ve Moved all of my adult children’s accounts to this bank as well. Mirzana and Melissa continue to go above any beyond. They are amazing. I’d give them a million starts if I could.

Having owned a buisness for over 50 yrs and dealt in ministry for 40 yrs with people in all different situations..n stresses..I've become a gifted observer of people's ability to do their job well and without straining...to be pleasant...ive had experience at this branch for many years and found Ken, Melissa, and Mizana to fit the mold of customer FIRST. .ive had several difficult situation arise and they went out of their way to help n solve my problems...and it's nice to come in and be greeted by tellers by name All in all this place is like family n friends
