I recently moved into this apartment about three weeks ago, so I’m still getting settled in and getting familiar with everything. Because of that, I feel it’s still a bit early for me to give a full detailed review. However, I would like to highlight that the welcome and overall experience during the viewing and application process were very positive. Mr Brendan McCarthy was very professional, helpful, and responsive from the moment I first came to see the apartment through the approval process. I truly appreciated the smooth communication and the support I received during that time. As I continue living here, I look forward to experiencing more and learning more about the community.

Living in this apartment has been a pleasant experience overall. It feels like a friend’s location—warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The neighborhood is friendly, with a strong sense of community that makes day-to-day life enjoyable. Families especially benefit from the kids’ play area, which is safe, lively, and a great space for children to interact and play. Areas for Improvement • Maintenance quality and turnaround time: While issues are addressed, quicker responses and higher consistency would make living here smoother. • Regular renovation: Periodic updates to apartments would help keep them modern, fresh, and well-maintained. • Building washer cleaning: Laundry facilities need more frequent cleaning and upkeep to ensure hygiene.

I moved into Faxon Commons a month ago and have had a terrible experience. My maintenance and pest control requests (including a rat issue) haven’t been handled for weeks, even though they’re marked “completed.” The leasing office staff, especially Angela, are rude and unhelpful — they ignore residents and don’t answer calls. Only Andrew has been polite and professional. Very disappointed in the management here.

Brendan McCarthy was the person who worked on my case. He’s very hands on & professional every time we spoke he never gave me a hard time and was very polite. The apartment is beautiful I already feel at home in the new space just still adjusting to the new area , but no complaints I’m enjoying the new environment.
