Fast Track Tag & Title

Came at 9 am on Saturday no one was there doors were locked extremely unprofessional stayed for 25 mins still was closed.

I don't know why anyone would have a bad review of this office. The woman who helped me was fast, efficient and very courteous!! I went in on a Friday initially, but was told I need one more thing that could be done by phone. She made sure I had correct phone number and info. I went back Saturday morning and boom, walked out with my tags! I would recommend this office to EVERYONE!! Very pleasant and productive visit for me. Not a hassle one!! The lady that said, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, or something to that effect! Lady your full of _ _ _ _!! Your probably one of those customers that didn't have everything you need, your used to getting your way I'm sure! So because you didn't get your way, you call it " bad service"! Skip the MVA. These ladies know what they are doing. No appointment is needed. You are in and out quick. They are good at what they do and will take the time to educate you on anything MVA related.

I prefer fast track on Berry rd. Debbie has a great personality and explains everything you need in an understandable way so you can get your accounts in order. She goes the extra mile each time i renew tags and will provide printouts if you have to go elsewhere to pay tickets or fines. I recommend making the drive to the Berry location over going to the DMV every year and its the right decision each and every time.

Today will be the last time I try going to this place. Every time I go there it's some excuse why they cannot help you. From system not working to oh we're closed at 4:30pm even though sign and light say open till 5pm. Just typical lazy workforce. If you need title service go to the lady in Bryan's Road she is a lot nicer and more hopeful then these people ever been.
