Farmstead at Lia Lane

I've been living at Farmstead Apartments for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with well-kept landscaping, picnic table areas with BBQ grills, a small dog area and a large parking lot with electric car charging stations and handicap parking spaces. The staff is one of the best parts of living here. The leasing office team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently, often within 24 hours. The location is another huge plus – convenient to shops such as Target, Trader Joes and Costco. Taylor Mountain is less than a 10-minute walk away. Farmstead is a perfect starter home for a single person, couples or small families! Besides the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, there are beautiful amenities such as lounge areas, fire pits, a small dog area, BBQ grills and plenty of parking spaces. This includes a parking lot with two electric car charging stations and handicap parking! There is also parking spots surrounding the horseshoe loop for the complex. The property staff is truly focused on customer service and want the best for all residents. Anytime there is an issue, it is swiftly responded too. Your service request will never go unread and you can track the status of your request through the app. If you are looking for a quaint and relaxing community, Farmstead is for you!

Working with Steven Basurto has been fantastic! He made the application process incredibly smooth and was quick to respond to our questions. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Wonderful little community. Truly the best rental experience we have had!

What in the world is wrong with this complex? Since when does an apartment complex, townhomes, any type of homes in a neighborhood not provide a parking spot for their tenants?? This is unheard of! I am completely beyond words! Everyone or anyone interested in this place PLEASE NO ONE CHOSE THIS PLACE!!!! because they do not have a parking spot for there tenants!! This is ridiculous!

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. As stated previously, the property manager, Steven Basturo was wonderful and he cares very much about his tenants and goes above and beyond to ensure they are taking care of. I lived in a two bed, two bath unit and it was beautiful (hence the extra star in this review) and very well maintained apart from a musty smelling washing machine that was not properly maintained/cleaned upon our move-in. I had positive interactions with the property managers upon moving in and during our time living there, but unfortunately things went south when we had to move out abruptly and break our lease.
