Farmingdale Apartments

Been living here for a few months and have nothing but positive things to say about Farmingdale. So far since we moved-in, we have gotten excellent service from the Leasing Office, especially from Ashley who has taken care of us from day 1 and continues to do so. I have not had any issues as a result of the management or the facilities itself. Very happy with the move!

I don’t think Farmingdale gets enough credit. I’ve lived here for a while and truly don’t have much to complain about. The location is excellent, the staff always goes out of their way to keep residents informed, the grounds are clean, and my apartment is spacious with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer plus access to the underground garage. The only minor downside was a slightly higher electric bill for a couple of months last winter, but overall, my experience here has been nothing short of excellent.

Farmingdale and the staff (specifically Ashley) has been the best experience in terms of renting. Always responding to any questions I have, the apartment is very spacious and has an in unit washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend renting here!

I've lived at Farmingdale for several years, and it's truly felt like home. The management team is fantastic—always friendly and ready to help. My apartment is spacious, and having an in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. The neighbors have been kind over the years, creating a welcoming community. While there have been occasional issues with the elevator being temporarily out of order, the team communicates well and works quickly to resolve any problems.

Lived here for about 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. All of the employees go above and beyond for you. The amenities here are also great, the gym and pool are very up to date and always clean. They have a in unit washer and dryer which is amazing because you cant seem to find very many apartments with them. My overall experience has been amazing. The property manager Sandy is a amazing person to help you with all of your move in needs!
