Had problem with my account. It was taking care of and out of there less than ten minutes
New account owners can’t cash the check!? It takes 9 working days? Exclusively at this location. Weird.
I have been with BMO for years. Every location I’ve gone to has been wonderful EXCEPT this location on 75th St/Darien. Every time I’ve gone in, I wait in line, no one in front of me, woman working and look up at me, ignore me, no hello or be with you in a moment. I had to do an address update and they would NOT do it for me unless I brought in the “yellow” forwarding mail sticker...REALLY? Very unhappy with that bank and all the woman who work there. I changed my address on line, 1-2-3, with no issues. Find another bank to go to, this one has extremely poor customer service
Great bank that has always taken good care of me both for personal stuff and business banking. Helped me out amazingly well with a case of identity theft too. My banker there, Daned, is fantastic! Online and App banking with them works great too.
I have never experienced such poor customer service, ever, as I have at this bank, even the bank manager is clueless. Avoid this bank location, if possible. There is another BMO in Burr Ridge where they are very attentive and caring.
