The parking outside is never available and the management/HOA fails to respond when non permit people park in your spot.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been living here for about 10 months and I cannot wait for my lease to end. My smoke detectors have been out and beeping since I moved in to the point I had to take them out because of the beeping. My Air Conditioning has broke around 3-4 times making my house reach over 100 degrees for days to where I would have to get a hotel. They did not reimburse my rent for those days. Had a car stolen right from my driveway, mail stolen, my doormat stolen. When the car got stolen “there’s nothing they can do about it”. No cameras, no security. Rent is around $3,600-$4,000 per month. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I constantly feel unsafe and I can’t get a hold of management to fix issues that should have been fixed 10 months ago.

This complex is awful. A/C doesn’t work. Maintenance doesn’t respond. Extra noisy between landscapers outside open windows because the A/C doesn’t work, airplanes landing every three minutes, trains going by constantly. It’s a nightmare! Don’t plan on getting any sleep here.

These lofts are nice and pet friendly so much so that there was hair left on the floor.

Great location but super loud plane and road noise.
