The pearl in dc is SUPPOSED TO BE A Luxury Building. At this point may 28 2025 it is not. I woke up yesterday to the trash shut over spilling with trash and the stench is coming into my unit. I tried to was clothes last night but the machines were filthy. The building is over run with flies from the trash. Most days the driveway is blocked with vehicles. The only time I see anyone in the office is when rent is due. This is unacceptable. The elevator was down for a month. The air conditioning is still not on and the inside of my unit is unbearably hot and humid.

Terrible management I've seen, don't know how the management manage the business. Everything is sick. No hot water and heat in the winter, can you imagine how cold it is? my little baby is sick because of this. I pay for the rent on time every month, and I can't get what I deserve? Faria Management is by far the worst company of any kind I have ever encountered. Right now the water in my bathroom is off since this morning. I could go with how these people continue to ruin my life but I'm running out of space

This is the worst company they are very unprofessional I never had a balance in my account until they came along I got proof my rent was paid on time I always pay on time Now it no hot water all weekend and it’s no maintenance men around these was a bad move for our complex they just trying to save money this is a very unprofessional company sorry we can’t shower we have balances on our accounts when we paid our rent Lack of communication they don’t let you know nothing it’s so unprofessional sad we have to go though this no hot water and they not posting our rent payments on time We never had issues with water or maintenance it’s no maintenance we have to go the whole weekend no hot water and it’s March 3rd still no hot water or maintenance This company need to be stopped I am reporti
