MaryStuart Day is the best realtor we have used multiple moves in 7 States in the past 58 years. She knows her market as to pricing, how to stage the property and uses a fantastic photographer. She or her assistant, Sara, is always available to answer questions or to help with problems as to the move. For instance, the movers left a large mirror in the house which needed to be removed before the walk-through so MaryStuart picked it up and walked through the lobby of the Mayflower, down several halls to our apartment and placed it on the dresser ensuring it was stable! All the while wearing heels, carrying a large tote and talking to make me feel better! I will sing her praises to everyone. And our house sold rapidly in this market for a price that was pleasing!
