This was my first time looking at a manufactured home I must say I was impressed. I think most people get this misconception of manufacture homes being trailer trash or it not being a real house but the newer ones are far from it. Sure the older models might give you that impression but you have to see the newer models there fully updated with all of the features and details you see in these new modern day homes from the kitchen to the bathrooms you will be amazed and might forget that you was actually looking at a manufacture home because I no I did. The size is surprising and what you get for the price your paying its worth it in my eyes because I rather buy one and still live close enough to work instead of driving a hour plus just to have a bigger house but to each its own but I sugges

David is an absolute nightmare to deal with! He is beyond rude and unprofessional. His lack of respect and terrible customer service is absolutely appalling. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy! The lack of communication is horrible. When you speak to him he doesn’t let you get a word in. He pretty much called his wife Heidi stupid at his open house infront of 3 different families at open house. We understood that we didn’t qualify. It it took him a month to figure that out. He said he would call us multiple times and never we would call him and get ignored. Then called our realtor (that he was also very rude to) for us not to call him because it’s overwhelming. BEWARE OF FAMILY HOMES: The most unprofessional, sketchy, and unpleasant experience ever. Feels like you’re buying a house from a craigslist ad. Nothing about the experience is professional in the slightest. Not to mention the bold faced lying by their employees. Please take the time to read this before signing any kind of contract with this “business”. Day 1: We tour an open house. We like the building and we speak to a family hms “employee” about the financing options. He explains how they have internal financing that is “really hard to beat, but if you can find a better approval, you’re more than able to use another approval”. Then get told we need to put a $500 deposit before we can do a pre qualification, and that the deposit is refundable for 3 days. So we deposit $500 on Monday. Ar
