This company helped me with all my concerns. I highly recommend using this company with your properties! Communication is very important to them; they keep me informed with every issue that comes along!! Also, my properties are well maintained and treated as their own I appreciate the hard work they put into my properties!!

Family first does not listen to its customer, had a molding wall leak, first repair guy ran no water "tightend " a hose and billed me when I called to infer on what was done they didn't listen. Second guy actually opened the wall to find massive water damage but no leak and they billed me again. Manager is not able to be reasonable or understanding regardless of proof

They said they’ll work with us and get us into an apartment and then the lady last minute told us that we were denied yet we went to another place and it took them 2 days to get us into an apartment when it took family first 2 weeks to just absolutely waste our time and keep our deposit. I thought they were such good people at first now I can see I was wrong. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy go to them. Steer clear.

I’ve rented with them for over a year now they are horrible. My apartment has black mold the maintenance only comes when they feel like it or when they come to complain about something. I can’t wait to get out of here and have a better place, this place ain’t it!
