Unfortunately my time here is up, and it definitely sucks because I truly loved living in this neighborhood and townhouse, even though I was given a non-renewal letter from the staff, I have nothing but nice things to say about this community and staff, life happens people lose their jobs and it sets you back on rent , but it was always paid in the full amount I was asked to pay, I like to communicate and be honest with them, and when I say a date that a payment will be made I do it , I’ve noticed the changes falls creek is making and I’m here for it , I don’t get to talk to ms.Brittney as much but from the times that I have spoken with her and seen her in the office she is very sweet and helpful, I do communicate with Erika who is great by the way , she is on top of things and easy to co
I want to say thank you Derrick P for being the best leasing Assistant Manager, who was very helpful with all accommodations. Derrick was all about his residents and not just a pay check. I have been here for almost 1 year now, November will make 1 year. Please be careful Derrick isn’t here anymore, things have changed drastically, and when I mean this I mean anything that you sent through email and updates to Derrick P and you have validation confirmed emails from him they are no longer valid. This is the 3rd time new Management has stepped in and they no nothing about nothing other than money. Their rules have changed to where if you were here for 3 or more years and had cars parked they were all towed. The rent will go up every year, and then they have the worst cockroaches which are ve
Moved in a couple months ago and Derek the lead leasing guy was the greatest. My first month in I had my washer leaking through the ceiling and on to my couch. He was very apologetic and personally came and checked in with me once it was taken care of. But good customer service can only cover so many things. Not even a full week into the second month and I had mice and roaches invading my townhouse from the neighbors apartment ( and still dealing with it). There are huge gaps in between my stove, cabinets and dishwasher and all they did was fill them w foam(the mice are eating the foam). The first answer was to move me to another apartment but I said no I just moved in I'm not moving again.
